When was Kraken Robotic’s initial public offering (IPO)?

Kraken Robotics (formerly Kraken Sonar) went public through a reverse takeover transaction in February 2015. Trading of its shares commenced on the TSX Venture Exchange. In July 2017, Kraken Robotics shares also began trading in the USA on the OTCQB Exchange.
